BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • We require a non-refundable and non-transferrable booking deposit of USD 250 per person upon reservation to guarantee the slot.

  • First come first serve basis

  • Passport must be valid 6 months prior to the scheduled departure.

  • Minimum of 30 pax to run the tour. If the group number decreases, price is subject to change.

  • Child with bed: Full Tour Fare

  • Child without bed: 75% of the Tour Fare

  • Rates are based on twin and triple sharing. Passenger travelling alone or using single room need to pay an additional fee of USD 450 as single supplement on top of the package fee.

  • Full payment should be settled upon the approval of the Japan tourist visa.

  • All tickets are issued as a group ticket. Therefore, it is non-refundable/non-rebookable/non-endorsable/non-reroutable.

  • Guest who do not pass the immigration in Manila or in Japan, all tour fees will be non-refundable

  • Itinerary and rates are subject to change with or without prior notice. Rates are guaranteed. However, the tour operator reserves the right to update the rates periodically in case of major currency fluctuations, change of government tax policy or imposed new feed.
